Please join me for a private practice in the ancient Chinese Movements.

This style of Tai Chi dates back over 4,000 years. Many styles of Martial Arts are still used to this day throughout the world to maintain health and well being. When a person does these movements on a daily basis the health benefits are many. The more you put into it, the more you will receive back.

This practice is known to improve ailments such as high blood pressure and poor circulation, increase mobility, strengthen bones and joints, improve and in some cases eliminate arthritis. In this practice you will learn how to control breathing, balance, posture, and how it all ties together. Also, you will be led through some ancient Chinese warm up exercises which have been used in China for checking and improving the mobility of the joints. This particular style of Tai Chi is extremely rare and this form will be taught in 4 parts.
